Los Angeles – Employment lawyers of the Mesriani Law Group continue to reap success as the number of employment cases resolved by the firm reached new, higher levels last year, indicating a 98% success rate for most of the employment cases it handled and represented in 2009.

Based on last year’s record, the number of clients with employment issues that Mesriani Law Group handled rose significantly – apart from other cases involving personal injury, social security and disability, and business and corporate issues. Many of the employment cases it handled involved discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation, among others.

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the rise in the number of employment cases can be attributed to several factors such as unemployment and changes in the economy.

Mesriani Law Group, which was founded by Rodney Mesriani, has been handling employment cases for more than 15 years now and for a firm comprised of top caliber and experienced lawyers, a high success rate in claims recovery was not surprising.
