Sacramento, CA – A bus driver was arrested for drunk driving following a horrific bus crash on the Colusa County roadway. The crash had killed eight passengers and had left 35 others injured. All passengers were on the way to a casino at the time of the accident.

Quintin Joey Watts, 52, a Stockton local was arrested in the nearby hospital where he was taken for treatment because of the critical injuries he had sustained.

Among the eight people who died in the bus accident was the owner of the bus, Daniel Cobb Sr., 68. Cobb owned the Beeline Tours and Cobbs Bus Services, both companies are based in Sacramento.

Aside from Cobb, the California Highway Patrol identified the other casualties as Meuay Saelee (74), Fin Saechae (64), Khou Yang (67), Lou Her (68), Muang Saephanh (68).
